New with Elsevier from 2008, The Journal of the Korean Statistical Society publishes research articles that make original contributions to the theory and methodology of statistics and probability. It also welcomes papers on innovative applications of statistical methodology, as well as papers that give an overview of current topic of statistical research with judgements about promising directions for future work. The journal welcomes contributions from all countries.

Applied Mathematics and Computation addresses work at the interface between applied mathematics, numerical computation, and applications of systems – oriented ideas to the physical, biological, social, and behavioral sciences, and emphasizes papers of a computational nature focusing on new algorithms, their analysis and numerical results.

Stochastic Processes and their Applications
Stochastic Processes and their Applications publishes papers on the theory and applications of stochastic processes. It is concerned with concepts and techniques, and is oriented towards a broad spectrum of mathematical, scientific and engineering interests.

Linear Algebra and its Applications
Linear Algebra and its Applications publishes articles that contribute new information or new insights to matrix theory and finite dimensional linear algebra in their algebraic, arithmetic, combinatorial, geometric, or numerical aspects. It also publishes articles that give significant applications of matrix theory or linear algebra to other branches of mathematics and to other sciences. Articles that provide new information or perspectives on the historical development of matrix theory and linear algebra are also welcome. Expository articles which can serve as an introduction to a subject for workers in related areas and which bring one to the frontiers of research are encouraged. Reviews of books are published occasionally as are conference reports that provide an historical record of major meetings on matrix theory and linear algebra.

Highlights

From 2007, Hybrid Systems and Applications will be published as a new series of Nonlinear Analysis.
