Usage Reports

Librarians and information managers who are not the Administrator for their institute and receive ScienceDirect usage reports every month via the Usage Reporting website should change their username and password to keep access to this service.

How do I ensure continued access to Usage Reports?

Please go to the Admin Tool Info site.

A description of the available reports can be found in the Report Description.

Click here for more information about usage reporting of transactional access to non-subscribed articles.

A range of client-confidential reports are provided showing:

  • Both full-text article and article summary (abstracts) requests
  • Reports split out by individually subscribed institutes or groups
  • All reports, exportable in various formats for further offline analysis in e.g. Excel or Access
  • All COUNTER required reports and more
  • Multi-month trend reports showing patterns of usage over time

Your individual reports are accessible on a secure Usage Reporting web site, with your own username and password. To see a demonstration, visit the website and login with username: demo and password: demo.

If you have any questions regarding usage reports please contact your Regional Sales Office.
